Step 1
The first thing to do is get a blender. If you already have one, get it all sparkly clean and ready for a lot of action. Any blender that has a high speed will work, but a super high-speed blender like the BlendTek or the Vitamix will work best because it provides the smallest sized particles of food for the greatest nutritional benefit. Step 2
Once you have your blender, go to a supermarket that carries fresh organic produce and buy enough of the following items to make three days worth of green smoothies for one person. If there are others joining you, increase the amount times the number of people.
Buy:
1 bunch green kale or dinosaur kale
3 small bunches spinach or a half-pound container of organic spinach leaves
3 bunches romaine lettuce
9 almost ripe bananas
3 small containers blueberries
1 pound raw shelled hemp seed
6 ten-ounce containers of pure organic coconut water
If you cannot locate the hemp seeds at your market, you can order them from our marketing partner, Amazon, right here at our Store in a 3 or a 5-pound fresh vacuum pack. You can also order smaller packages, but they wind up being more expensive.
Step 3
Now you are ready to start your first day in the morning.
Eat all of your normal meals every day for the first 3 weeks except for breakfast. Do not eat your normal breakfast. Instead, replace your breakfast with a large 16-ounce glass of a delicious green smoothie. Each blender load will yield about 2 and one half 16-ounce glasses. If you are not satisfied after 1 glass for breakfast, then you can increase the amount you make and have an additional glass. Also, drink one glass about one hour before you normally eat dinner.

Your First 3 Weeks
Begin day 1 and continue every day FOREVER
Now we’re going to show you how to make really great tasting super healthy food that you are really going to like. None of that bad tasting stuff you may be expecting. We are going to kick up the flavor and tone down the greens just enough so that you will really enjoy their taste and look forward to your next green smoothie.
Take 4 small kale leaves and peel the leafy parts from the stems. Throw away the stems because they are too bitter. Wash the leaves thoroughly.
Take 1 small head of Romaine lettuce and cut the hard bottom off about 3 inches from the bottom. Cut the remaining lettuce into 2 or 3 pieces. Wash the Romaine leaves thoroughly.
Take the two small handfuls of spinach leaves and wash them thoroughly.
Put 2 and ½ cups organic coconut water into the blender
Put the torn kale leaves into the blender
Put the Romaine lettuce leaves (about 4 ounces) into the blender
The blender will probably be close to full by now so run it at high speed for 30 seconds to liquify the ingredients. Now continue adding the rest of the ingredients.
Put the spinach leaves into the partially filled blender
Put 2 to 3 peeled ripe bananas into the blender
Put 1 small container (washed) blueberries into the blender
Put ½ cup Hemp seed into the blender
Put 6 to 8 ice cubes into blender
Blend at high speed for about 1 minute until smooth.
Now you are in for an amazing treat…..a great tasting drink that is PACKED with the richest nutrients in the world.

Step 6
Week 4
After 3 weeks of having your green smoothies every day for breakfast and pre-dinner, start reducing the intake of the foods you normally eat. Continue drinking your green smoothies just like before, but eat ONLY one-half of your normal serving of conventional foods.
That’s correct, eat what you normally eat but eat ONLY ONE HALF of your regular serving.
The same 50% reduction applies to snacks and beverages. Eat the same snacks you are used to except cut the amount in half.
Drink exactly the same beverages you drink every day, even alcoholic, but cut them in half too and replace the amount you just cut with a glass of pure water.
Replace the 50% of the conventional foods that you just eliminated with living raw plant based foods that you have learned how to make.
Replace the 50% of the beverages that you just eliminated with filtered water.
Step 7
Plan your Raw Food Kitchen and find out what you need to make incredible raw meals. There are a number of basic things that will make life much easier and save you loads of time. It really helps to have a powerful, high-speed blender, a good juicer that is easy to clean, a good food processor, a couple of great cutting boards and a great set of sharp knives. Step 8
Begin your 7th week by cutting the amount of the conventional foods you are now eating by one-half again and replace that portion with living pant foods.

Here are a few additional tips to help you succeed and gain even more from your new program:
Tip 1
If you have a weak moment and give in to an overpowering urge and find yourself eating cooked foods instead of the raw meal you had planned, don’t feel guilty and beat yourself up. Instead, enjoy your meal and know with absolute certainty that you will immediately be right back on board with your new program to a much better life.
Try not to be upset with other people who may laugh at the way you are eating. They will get the picture after they see you in a month or two and then they won’t be laughing any more. Most likely, they will want to know more about what you are doing.
Tip 2
Before you start eating, always think about eating smaller portions and eating slower. Chew your food with as many chews per mouthful as you can. And try not to eat dinner within 3 hours of going to sleep. All this may seem unimportant, but it is not. This one step alone can make a very large difference in your health, your weight and the way you feel most of the time.
Tip 3
Listen to your body within a few minutes after you eat.
If you eat the wrong foods, your body will tell you by letting you know that your energy is low or that you feel tired.
If you eat the right foods, your body will tell you by giving you energy and euphoria.
Tip 4
Get in the habit of always reading the labels before you buy anything to eat. Bring your reading glasses if you need them because the print is so small that it is obvious we are being discouraged from reading this information. You’ll have to do your best when you are at a restaurant but you can be certain that most of their foods need to be questioned since they buy them from the same sources as everyone else.
Tip 5
It’s important to avoid conventional foods that are either processed or are meat or dairy. That pretty much accounts for most conventional foods that make up over 90% of our supermarkets but the good news is that you have already eliminated at least 75% from your diet just by the few steps you have taken so far.
Other foods to reduce and eventually eliminate are salt, sugars, sodas and alcohol.
Tip 6
Wheatgrass has enjoyed great popularity for decades because of its’ benefits for powerful nutrition and immune system strengthening. It even has a reputation for beating some serious diseases like cancer. Wheatgrass is a strong tasting juice that is extracted from wheatgrass by pressing and grinding the blades of grass through a wheatgrass juicer.
I personally like to drink at least 2-ounce shot whenever I can and I strongly recommend drinking a shot or two as often as you can.
